We would like to stabilize the CryoGrid.jl API and minimize future breaking changes to promote collaborative usage. Any outstanding issues (e.g. naming conventions or confusing API patterns) should ideally be changed before releasing version 1.0.

We may also want to discuss whether or not version "1.0" is appropriate, since this may need to be reserved for a future software publication.
