Removed many type instabilities and reduced memomry consumption to make the code faster. Reduced the minimum time step in the chemistry code from 10 sec to 0.001 sec to avoid instabilities in chemistry integration. Updated the tropospheric mixing ratios of CFCs, Halons etc. used for initialization from CCMVal to CCMI
