Utility: Creation of Boundary Condition Target File

To ease the creation of runs with non-PI geometry, it would be nice to have a small script which automatically performs the following steps:

  1. Extracts target geometry from a unit.24 file for use as the target_orography_echam6.nc
  2. Creates a suitable input file with PI ORO* and GEOSP variables, yet all other inputs as the target timeslice.
  3. Produces a template runscript with suitable sections for use with the esm-tools

This script will be in utils, and will take as an only argument the boundary condition folder you want to work on.
