• Add comments that explain the content of the files especially so that differences between similarly named files are clear i.e. ant/boundary_m.f90 vs asf/boundary_m.F90 and so on
• Maybe add a file exampling the different cases ant, asf... (or add that in your documentation)
• remove the file regression_log_AGECOST_new_ref_output_20km.txt

Recommendations:

• Write smaller functions
• In comments add litsources for the equations/methods that you use
