Feature: Dynamic forcings (air temperature)

Adds TimeSeriesForcing which can be used to provide automatic interpolation of forcing data for boundary conditions. Also adds AirTemperature which provides a simple temperature gradient for Heat (heat conduction).

There are a few other related bug fixes mixed in here as well...
