Add new partitioned energy scheme.

Additional changes:

  • Replaces existing prognostic state type parameter for Heat with symbols instead of untis, e.g. :T for temperature, :H for energy.
  • Adds additional preset grids.
  • Fixes a bug with the boundary flux handling in prognostic-T setup.
