Improve dasf implementation in the viewer

This is a draft MR to improve the DASF functionalities. We use the dasf-messaging-typescript library to setup a connection to the backend module. The sidebar is then filled from the api_info we get from the backend module

note that this is currently missing the backend module. but @rhess and I will talk about this in our meeting.
