nemo2profilelib, empiric_offset and empiric_drift parameter have been added to the rfb file and are set to NaN.
nemo2profilelib, the SAT data is now either iridium or gps and is being pulled from the second order information.
The nemo2profile library has been integrated to enable this feature.
