chore: Replaced "Plot residuals" checkbox with value of calculated/measured soundspeed in track parameter panel

fix: Removed manual limits for temperature and pressure plots because R2023b does reset axis afterwards

The soundsource combinations table now has a "use" boolean for enabling/disabling the combination during tracking.

Added a new column to the tracking parameter panel ReferencePositionEnd. Adjusted the tracking algorithms accordingly.

Added first version of the new backward tracking method. It is now possible to use interpolation methods as well.

Bugfix, the pressure and temperature window were drawing to the wrong figure with multiple figures open.

The offsets get recalculated.

Integrated the empiric_offset and empiric_drift parameter of the float, Changed copy offsets layout.

The etopo file must be downloaded separately and linked as parameter
etopo in the files section in artoa.ini file.

The restore view button has been implemented in a custom function for temperature, pressure and toa window.

Pick point and polygon methods are now equal to time of arrival in pressure and temperature windows.

The nemo2profile library has been integrated to enable this feature.
