Bugfix, the reload functions now restore either float or soundsources applied values after reloading.

The offsets get recalculated.

The measured soundspeed is now being updated on applying a status to temperature and pressure, as well as on loading an rfb file.

The etopo file must be downloaded separately and linked as parameter
etopo in the files section in artoa.ini file.

The nemo2profile library has been integrated to enable this feature.

Updated versioning system. Artoa now checks if your loaded interim file is compatible to the artoa version you are using.
