It is now possible to enable "Hide deleted data points" on startup by
setting the parameter hidedeleteddatapoints to 1 in the ini file.

With these functions it is possible to check a complicated struct if a
specific member exists.

Bugfix, the determineParseType function returned the wrong type if the first line in the section is a comment.

The function that was added in commit
a5fc8609 is now in use.

Default values of toa, temperature and pressure specified in artoa.ini
are now replaced by NaN on reading an rfb file.

It is now possible to select TOAs and shift them by a given value.

New features:
  + If one plot changes, all other opened plots will be redrawn to
    instantly see the changes that have been made.
  + Added first version of the TOA window.
  + Added menu entry for Time of arrival editing window in the main window.

    are being replaced by an underscore.

  / If a line is empty, it is now being skipped.
  / parseAsMatrix now throws a warning if the line that is currently parsed
    differs from the first line column. The line will be skipped.

There is no matlab image available that could be executed.
