leg 2 master solution is incomplete on Dec 24, 2019

The floenavi solution for Dec 24 is incomplete, cutting off at around 07:09. This coincides with a data gap in 211003812.

There are enough basestations though holding the grid, therefore change the floenavi configuration and re-compute the leg2 master solution

Updated the floenavi configuration file, by shifting Dec 24 to the configuration of the following day: 90b3af95

Also removed a errornous duplicate configuration (which apparently did not do any harm)

Re-computed the floenavi master solution for leg 2 and uploaded to data repository (a717818f and 0a4437a2). The new version is v1p1, which now has coverage for the full day of Dec. 24, 2019. The old version v1.0 has been removed (13724225)

A diff between v1.0 and v1.1 was not successful due to floating point precision issues at insignificant decimal points, therefore all lines are different. A brief test throughout the file however showed that otherwise v1p1 is consistent with v1p0 with the exception of the additional data on Dec 24. 2019
